Our Ordering Policies

We know you want your products quickly and so we do our very best to get your goodies out within 1-2 days of placing your order.  We do not ship on Sundays, and our cutoff time on Saturday is noon EST.  Here are some FAQs regarding the ordering process.

WHAT IF AN ITEM IS BACKORDERED?

During times of promotional sales or holidays, your shipment may be delayed if an item is on backorder. If you ordered more than one product from us, your order is shipped when it is complete. We do not split shipping.

HOW CAN I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?
The best way for quick updates on the status of your order is to set up an account with us at the time of your purchase. This allows you to log in to your account at any time to receive information on your order as its status changes. For the status of your order in transit, please refer to the tracking information contained in the shipping confirmation sent to the email address associated with your order.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We want you to be so happy with your purchase from MY DOG FOO that you would wag your tail if you had one.  But, if for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch with us via our contact page or email us at orders@mydogfoo.com.  You will be refunded your purchase price, less any shipping costs.  You can read more about out Satisfaction Guaranteed policy here.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE GOES MISSING?

You will receive a tracking number via email for your order once it has shipped. Please refer to the tracking number sent to you to check the status of your order.  If a domestic parcel has not been received within 14 days of shipping, or an international parcel within 45 days of shipping, please contact us at orders@mydogfoo.com with your order number & the name you used when you placed your order.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS UNDELIVERABLE?

Please check and double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for any incorrect or missing address information. Should an item be deemed undeliverable by the postal carrier due to incorrect address information, we will contact you to update the shipping address; however, buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.

HOW DO DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS WORK?

Discounts, promotions, and other exclusives may not be applied to orders placed prior to the date(s) the discount or promotion is valid; discounts & promotions are not applicable to orders placed previously, meaning we cannot adjust previous orders to reflect current discounts. Discounts and promotions are valid only for the timeframe announced at the time of promotion.
